今日は母の日
チーズケーキと あんこが大好きな母のために
桜と小豆のチーズケーキを作りました
お砂糖はきび砂糖を使ったこともあって
上品な味ですごくすごく美味しかった♪
今年は大したことは何もできなかったし
結局このケーキも家族で取り合い（？）になり
母の口に入ったのはほんの少し
でも 最近めったに全員が揃わない我が家に
夜には続々と集い みんなでケーキを食べる時間ができました
ケーキケーキとただ喜ぶ男どもを見ながら
「やっぱり家庭内イベントの起爆剤は私だな～」
と感じた日でもありました（笑）
去年の今日はアメリカからハナミズキの苗木を贈りましたが
今年はまだ葉っぱだけ
でも すくすくと育っているようです
明日からは1泊で 1年ぶりの家族キャンプ
天気が持ちますように！！

Today is Mother's day.
I made a Cherry Blossom & Adzuki bean Cheese Cake for mom.
(sound weird??)
I put salted cherry blossom and sweet boiled adzuki bean in cheese cake.
We often use salted cherry blossom for sweets.
It was really good and my family liked it.
My mom couldn't eat it so much but she looks happy.
Because my brothers are busy and rarely spend time together in these days,
but they came home and we could have a tea time tonight.
